Share your materials and we'll define the structure
Share your final save the date or wedding invitation, together with the fonts, colour palette, graphic assets, copy and images. We'll define the website structure, sections and domain together.

We create three tailored design concepts
Within 7 working days, we'll create three bespoke design concepts inspired by your invitation. Every website is designed from scratch, never from a template, to create a seamless experience across the invitation, website and RSVP.

We refine the design, integrate the RSVP and launch the website
Once you've chosen your preferred design, we'll refine the website based on feedback from the wedding planner and the couple. We'll then integrate the RSVP, ensure everything matches the design, and prepare the website for launch. Two rounds of revisions are included.

About coordinated wedding websites
You can share everything once the save the date or wedding invitation is around 90% complete. Alongside the design, we'll need the fonts, colour palette, graphic assets, any images, your preferred website structure and draft copy.
Once we've received all the required materials and the signed quotation, the Invytly team will prepare three design concepts within a maximum of seven working days.
Yes. The initial concepts are there to help you choose the preferred creative direction. Once selected, the website is refined based on feedback from both the wedding planner and the couple. Copy, sections, images and graphic details can all be updated. Two rounds of revisions are included and are usually sufficient to finalise the website before launch.
Yes. Once the wedding planner has created the event in Invytly, our team integrates the RSVP into the website and aligns it with the overall design. This allows guests to browse the website and confirm their attendance without ever leaving the experience.
No. You can start with a draft copy and refine it throughout the revision process. Having an initial structure in place simply helps us create concepts that are closer to the final result.
Yes. The domain is agreed at the beginning of the project so it can be included in the website launch process from the outset.
