Common questions about pricing
No. Prices are reserved for professionals and are never shown to the couple. When you share a project with them, they only see the guest list and the RSVP responses, never the plan or the cost.
Contact us with the number of guests and the plan you are interested in, and we will send you a quote. If you prefer, we can also arrange a demo to walk you through the platform first.
The cost is calculated according to the plan selected and the number of guests included in the event. It is a one-off payment, with no monthly fees or recurring subscriptions.
Count everyone who may attend the event. Each invited guest counts as one guest, and every permitted plus-one counts as an additional guest. For example, if you have 100 invited guests and 15 of them are allowed to bring a guest, the total number to consider is 115.
You can add guests up to the maximum number selected at the time of purchase. Once you reach that limit, you simply need to increase the number of guests and pay the corresponding amount before adding any more.
Essential includes guest list and RSVP management. Connect also allows you to send professional email communications. Engage additionally includes WhatsApp Business integration, WhatsApp templates and guest chat.
